Our Approach to Learning

We like to think that people who come to our Workshops have some things in common. They have come because they need to improve a skill or a number of skills that will make them more effective managers. We also make the assumption that they are adults and are capable of doing much more than passive listening.

We encourage delegates to:

  • participate with the course facilitator (we don't have tutors)
  • engage with each other
  • evaluate their current behaviour
  • learn by practicising ( and not worry about the "mistakes")
  • diiscover what they need to change
  • have the courage to make the change when they go back to work
  • become energised and have some fun
